 Ale of the Month

All in One Gulp (2 pgs.)

Kolsch German Style

Hale's Spring/Summer Seasonal offering is about the closest an ale can come to tasting like a pilsner. Brewed using the distinctive, traditional yeast first used in Cologne, Germany, the beer is light and refreshing, with a
crisp hop character.

Cheers!

Trés Fem

This beer was initially brewed as a collaboration by Kathleen Hale of Hale’s Ales, Jessica Husted and Reina Powers of Der Blokken Brewery. Belgian yeast blend,
Saaz hops, 2-Row Pale Malt, Flaked Barley and Wheat Malt, and finally Tart Cherries make up this brew.

Trés Fem is a delicious, crisp, very
drinkable ale that combines a smidgeon of tartness with a delicate cherry flavor, strongly reminiscent of a Belgian Kriek.
ABV 8.5%
